appKlesia is an online Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides a set of tools for the management of Churches and other non-profit entities. This document establishes the rights and obligations of each of the parties that must be accepted to use the service.
appKlesia will assume that any user and organization registered on this platform has read, understands and accepts the conditions contained in this document.
This service is provided by Sergio Pedraza Romero, with DNI: 52167542T under the trading name of appKlesia, you can contact us at any time through our website and/or email infoappklesia.com
This agreement is valid from the date of registration of the organization on the platform and as long as it is a user of the services. appKlesia reserves the right to modify these conditions and will notify the client for review.
Failure to comply with any of these conditions may lead to the suspension of the service by appKlesia without the right to refund or compensation.
We, our or the supplier refers appKlesia, trading name of the online service operated by Sergio Pedraza Romero whose data appears in the header of this document.
You or the user refers to the natural person(s) who use this platform to manage the organization they represent.
The organisation or the client is the church or entity that makes use of the management service that appKlesia provides and that for practical purposes it is the one who accepts these conditions of services as a client.
The service, the software or the platform refers to the Online Software provided by appKlesia through the website www.appklesia.com and to which the organization and its users access via email and password.
appKlesia owns all rights to the property appKlesia intellect of the Software and other components of the Service provided. Therefore, the client agrees not to copy, distribute or modify any part of the service provided by appKlesia.
The client and its users similarly undertake not to use hacking tools, reverse engineering, crawlers or any other mechanism for copying or any action that may compromise the service.appKlesia.
appKlesia, however, will not have intellectual property rights over the content that users upload to the platform, knowing that the information they provide may be published through the services provided by appKlesia
Service users declare that they have the necessary capacity to act on behalf of the organization.
The user is responsible for the correct use and access to appKlesia in accordance with current legislation, as well as the good management and protection of your access data to the platform.
The user agrees not to use methods or tools that harm the usability of the platform in any way.
The user and the organization agree not to use the platform to store data not permitted by law or to send mass unwanted email (spam).
The organization and the user understand their role as controller of the data (according to the GDPR) that they add to the platform and accept that they have obtained the necessary permissions for the inclusion of said personal data on the platform. appKlesia will act in this case as processor of this data.
La oThe organization and the user undertake to keep their contact and payment information updated at all times.
appKlesia undertakes to protect the data provided by the client and store it in data centers located in the European Union.
As a data processor,appKlesia will not use the data provided by the controller for purposes other than those determined by the platform except for those purposes necessary for the correct functioning of the service.
appKlesia will only access the client's data in the event of a client request through one of its users, to provide support to the client or under legal requirement.
appKlesia undertakes to delete the customer's data on the platform within 30 days after the completion of the service.
The prices of appKlesia will be reflected at all times on the appklesia.com website. These prices will be determined by the number of unarchived contacts on the platform and will at all times be expressed with taxes included.
appKlesia reserves the right to change these rates at any time.
Subscription payment will be made monthly in advance.
The subscription to appKlesia will be made through recurring payment through the secure payment platform Stripe by bank card or direct debit.
Once the maximum number of contacts allowed by the plan has been reached, the user must choose a higher plan to continue using the platform and adding more contacts. This change can be made from the Church configuration page and if it is made in the middle of the billing period, the proportional part of this period will be charged.
No total or partial refund is contemplated for the service.It is the user's responsibility to have the appropriate plan for their needs. If the plan is downgraded to a lower one, the proportional part already paid will not be refunded and the new rate will be applied to the next billing period.
A trial period of 30 days is established in which the organization will be able to use appKlesia completely free of charge. If satisfied with the platform, the user can choose a plan and add payment information to continue using the platform. The first charge will be made after those 30 days of trial.
In case of non-payment, the organization will be notified and the account will be suspended 7 days after payment is due. If the incident has not been resolved, the account will be canceled and the associated data will be deleted after 30 days.
The subscription to appKlesia can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing cycle
Once your subscription is cancelled, you can continue using the platform until the end of the billing cycle.
Upon account cancellation, data associated with the organization will be deleted after 30 days.
appKlesia reserves the right to cancel those accounts that do not comply with the provisions of these terms and conditions and/or that may be considered inappropriate or harmful to the platform.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions also implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy and our terms of use.
appKlesia reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions by giving notice to its users by email.
